Some love stories are written in the stars — and others sparkle a little brighter, thanks to a family of jewelers.
Austin and Kenzie first met in high school through a pair of mutual best friends — who also happened to be siblings. (You could say fate had a hand in their friend group!) Between hangouts and shared laughter, a genuine connection started to shine, and soon, so did their love.
Years later, when Austin decided it was time to ask the big question, he knew exactly where to start — right at home. As the son of Kathi, one of the owners of Lizzy’s Jewelry & Loan, Austin grew up surrounded by fine jewelry, family tradition, and plenty of sparkle. Together with his mother and grandfather, he chose an engagement ring that captured everything he loved about Kenzie — timeless, elegant, and one-of-a-kind.
Austin decided to propose in the place where their story first started — over dinner at the same Italian restaurant where they had their first date! After dinner, they strolled along the waterfront, where Austin got down on one knee and asked Kenzie to be his forever. Of course, she said yes!
Seven years of marriage later, their love still shines as brightly as the diamond that started it all.
