1. After choosing an item from our vast inventory in-store, you only need to pay 10% down for the first initial payment. The remaining balance will be settled in an easy installment plan: 10% of the balance paid monthly within 10 months.
2. You can always make a larger payment than the minimum or pay off your layaway before the 10 months is up.
3. All payments can be made in person, or with a debit/credit card by phone AFTER the initial down payment has been made in person.
4. Layaways will be held for 10 months IF regular monthly payments are received.
5. If no payment is received and 90 days have passed since the last layaway payment, the layaway will be considered abandoned and will be cancelled. All payments made toward the layaway will be forfeited.
6. Layaways voluntarily cancelled by the customer or returned in accordance with store policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. For example, if an item was purchased for $499.99 plus tax, the restocking fee would be $49.99.
7. Layaway items returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued store credit only.
8. Returns or cancellations requested after the 14-day return period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. Any payments or trade-in value exceeding the restocking fee will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
9. In-store credits issued for merchandise trade or canceled/forfeited layaways will be held for a maximum of one year from date of issue. After one year, the credit is invalid. 
10. No cash refunds.
