1. After choosing an item from our vast inventory in-store, you only need to pay 10% down for the first initial payment. The remaining balance will be settled in an easy installment plan: 10% of the balance paid monthly within 10 months.
2. You can always make a larger payment than the minimum or pay off your layaway before the 10 months is up.
3. All payments can be made in person, or with a debit/credit card by phone AFTER the initial down payment has been made.
4. Layaways will be held for 10 months IF regular monthly payments are received.
5. If monthly payments are not received, and 90 days have passed since a layaway payment has been made, the layaway is subject to cancellation with some and/or all payments and trade-ins forfeited. 
6. Layaways canceled or returned by you will result in a 10% restocking fee of the purchase sale price. (For example, if the item was sold for $499.99 + tax, the 10% restocking fee would be $49.99.)
7. Refunds within the first 14 days will be returned as a store credit only. After the 14 day period there will be a 10% restocking fee and any money/trade-in over and above the 10% will be returned as a store credit good for one year.
8. In-store credits issued for merchandise trade or canceled/forfeited layaways will be held for a maximum of one year from date of issue. After one year, the credit is invalid. 
9. No cash refunds.
