Helping a customer

At Lizzy's, we accept a wide range of items, including gold and silver jewelry & coins, luxury watches and handbags, musical instruments, and more. If you're unsure whether we'll accept your item, feel free to contact us for clarification.

When you bring in an item for a loan, we will assess its value and offer you a loan based on that appraisal. You'll then receive cash for your item, and we'll hold onto it as collateral until you repay the loan, plus any applicable interest and fees. Once the loan is repaid, you'll receive your item back. If you're unable to repay your loan, you can choose to forfeit the item.

Our third-party jewelers offer a wide range of jewelry repair services, including ring re-sizing, stone replacement, prong re-tipping, chain repair, clasp replacement, custom orders, and more. Whether your jewelry needs a minor adjustment or a major repair, they have the skills and experience to restore it to its former glory!

Our repair process takes 2-3 weeks to complete. We currently do not have an in-house jeweler. Therefore, we hand deliver our repairs to our trusted third-party jeweler, weekly.

Yes, we offer watch adjustment services, including battery replacement and link removal/addition. Our skilled team can handle a variety of watch brands and models, ensuring your timepiece fits and functions properly. NOTE: We do not work on watches valued over $500 in-house. We do in most cases, have a third-party watch repair option available. For example, this would include Cartier, Rolex, and Omega.
