Refund policy
Please read through this return policy to understand which items can and cannot be returned after purchase. We appreciate you as a part of our Lizzy's community.
- Merchandise returned within the first 14 days from the purchase date is eligible for our money-back guarantee. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- We ask that customers ship back items in original packaging and in original condition with insurance to ensure safe travel.
- If item was shipped with an appraisal, appraisal must be returned with item of purchase. If we do not receive the appraisal, this will result in a $100 deduction from return refund, as the appraisal costs $100.
- All jewelry must be returned in unaltered and unworn condition.
- Items that have been altered or damaged while in care of buyer, will be assessed upon return and customer will not receive full refund.
- Returns exclude custom jewelry designs, modifications, and jewelry repairs.
- Refunds will be returned to you in the same form as originally paid, and trade-in amounts will be issued through a gift card.
- Store credit will be given if you prefer.
- Customers may also request a loan for up to half the amount paid on a jewelry purchase (not including sales tax).
Accessories:
All handbags, timepieces and luxury accessories are final sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
